On a cold call, I contacted 911 Restoration to come out and look at a condo I was thinking of purchasing. There was a concern about water getting behind the shower tiles. Dave Goldstein came out and inspected. He was thorough and put my concerns to rest. Dave was excellent to work with and instilled a feeling of confidence and trust. I greatly appreciate that Dave did not charge for the inspection. What else can you ask for? I did purchase the condo. Thanks again, Dave!

We had major water damage to our basement. Not knowing where to start or how to piece everything back together, I called 911 Restoration of Will County! They completely saved my home. I met with Dave Goldstein, he inspected the basement and told me not to worry from there (and boy was he right!!) work was started a few days later. Worker showed up and started immediately. He worked directly with my insurance company, Which was a huge relief for me because I was getting absolutely nowhere with them. They took care of everything from the tear out, putting walls back up, Wood floors, back in my home office, beautiful carpeting in the rest of the basement area, painting, and cleaning everything up all without me having to make one phone call or decision! Most importantly, the professionalism and the quality of work is like nothing I’ve ever seen! They truly saved my home and I can’t express enough. How impressed I am with this company. Thanks again you guys you’re my hero.

Due to heavy rains on a Saturday, I had a window leak down from the upstairs and down to the first floor. I called 911 Restoration of Will county and they came out and assessed the damage and even came out on the Monday holiday to start work on. They tore out the dry wall below the window, tore out the drywall downstairs and set up fans. Dave worked with my insurance to make sure everything got covered and paid for and when they were done it looked much better than before. Dave made the whole situation. Much easier and was extremely helpful. Their prices were very reasonable and they worked as quickly as they could to help keep the inconvenience to a minimum. I would highly recommend 911 Restoration of Will County!
