I met with Dave Goldstein, he inspected the basement and told me not to worry from there (and boy was he right!!) work was started a few days later. Worker showed up and started immediately. He worked directly with my insurance company, Which was a huge relief for me because I was getting absolutely nowhere with them. They took care of everything from the tear out, putting walls back up, Wood floors, back in my home office, beautiful carpeting in the rest of the basement area, painting, and cleaning everything up all without me having to make one phone call or decision! I called 911 Restoration of Will county and they came out and assessed the damage and even came out on the Monday holiday to start work on. They tore out the dry wall below the window, tore out the drywall downstairs and set up fans. Dave worked with my insurance to make sure everything got covered and paid for and when they were done it looked much better than before. Dave made the whole situation. Much easier and was extremely helpful. Their prices were very reasonable and they worked as quickly as they could to help keep the inconvenience to a minimum.
